Once again it is time---past time---for an update, but I don't know what to say. Surely the headline is "no pain."

Unfortunately, the subhead is something like "muddle-headed." I just went for a nice midday walk up to the Tudor City Gardens, around, and back, in the hopes of clearing out the cobwebs. There was a light drizzle and I had the place almost to myself, so it was a very nice walk. Too early to say whether it accomplished its objective.

I've been more or less shut in for several days by a recurrence of my chronic sleepiness. I hope that will pass as it has before.

I will close with that scant bit of information and with the promise of another update soon.
